I'm still in a Valentine's mood...and so is my shark-friend (above). We met in Miami at the Gansevoort. Since there's a good chance the shark has inspired you to do some underwater site-seeing, check out a shark-diving and beach camping getaway here. L.E.S: lost. exhausted. stymied.

Heather attempted yesterday to do what I could not. She went to the Lower East Side towards the end of the day. Rolled up to Cuchifritos and it was closed. NOTE: Cuchifritos closes at 5:30pm. Another offender strays from the art-world norm of closing at 6pm! It is impossible to keep track of these things.

I would like to officially cite the L.E.S. for being one of the more difficult gallery areas to peruse. Oh L.E.S., we still love you, but you're a source of passionate frustration. What a timely reminder: valentine's day is almost upon us.
